Review your list and carefully consider any mod which has not received an update in 2021, make sure it works and it is actively supported by its author. Then go to Less Building Placement Restrictions steam mod page and read the mandatory load order for it. Good luck!

I think this is right in terms of order? i tried to follow the comment idea? It’s all working atm but there’s some things i can’t test without going further in the game.
