Mod menu does not save new mod position when added

Major BUG:
Adding a new mod to the active mods list (middle section), moving it to a desired position
and restarting the game as prompted will not save the position of the mod. When you restart the game the mod will be located at the end of the mod list always. You have to do it again and only second time it saves the position.

The following minor issues with the mod menu are still not addressed:

1. Can not scroll mod description
2. No version of the mod or update date displayed
3. Mod name font is too large causes trimming

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Add new mod in Steam Workshop.
2. Start Conan Exiles.
3. Open Mods menu.
4. Move the mod from the left side to the middle.
5. Reorder mods and move the new mod to any other position.
6. Exit mod menu and answer YES to the prompt to quit the game.
7. Restart the game and open the mod menu.
8. The newly added mod will again appear at the end of the list.
