I’d like to take at least 2 more Thralls with me. Is there a Mod that can do that or some other way to do that?

Make a back up of your “game.db” before installing any mod.
Testerle’s mods are of the highest quality in my opinion, however I have never tried this one.
It’s up to you if you want to try it.
The mod works very smooth, no bugs or weird stuff after using it for several years.
It’s great to move many thralls in one go from one base to another. If used in combat, it’s a bit broken, but fun. 
The mod also has several QoL improvements. Try it out!
I agree, I’ve always found Better Thralls to be very reliable and have used it in multiple playthroughs. The only reason I’m not using it now is because I didn’t particularly feel I wanted it in this playthrough and am running some other mods that adjust thralls in other ways and could (possibly) conflict. It’s one I am sure to use again and would have every confidence in
