Modders, can it be done?

Hello,

I have suggestions for a mod and I wonder if it is possible and if any modder would be up for it.

  1. remove the claim mecanic from building pieces and apply it to flags, 3 tiers of flags, a small one made with t1 materials that claim a small radium like 5x5, a medium one made with t2 materials that claim 10x10, ecc

  2. a karma system tied to fights, leveling and purges to deincetivize high level player kos new players

  3. base space external to the exiles land, accesible through obelisks, once a clan (or a player) reach a certain level of karma his base will be accessible to all via obelisks until karma is restored
