Are the ones with a check mark compatible with 3.0 and the ones without a check mark have not been updated yet? Is that what this check mark means? (Can anyone confirm?)
Oh you mean the ingame mod-list, I was looking for it in the launcher .
Yea that’s meant to signal whether the mod was made with the latest devkit or not, however it does not appear to be accurate at all.
Here’s an example:
Both of these mods have been updated today and recompiled with the Devkit for 3.0, however the game lists one of them with a checkmark one without, so that information is based on something else (could be some info file inside the mod that needs a manual bump) or the feature is not used as intended.
So basically… I wouldn’t go based off that, but rather check the update date on them and make sure you have the latest version. Even some old ones “might” work that haven’t been updated thou, so it’s best to just back up your save DB if you can and experiment.
Yeah, I’m finding some inaccuracies, too. Some mod authors report updating for 3.0, but don’t get check marks. And some check marked mods have mod authors reporting that they haven’t updated their mod for 3.0 yet.
