Momentum perk bug (rubber banding)

[When your character has a max encumbrance build with the momentum perk and you are overencumbered for some reason you badly rubber band about every 2-3 steps this is intensified when going up stairs or through doorways but as soon as you empty out your back pack and are within the normal range of encumberence your character is back to moving normal no rubber banding ]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Drink a lotus potion
2.max out encumberence
3.Grind for bark and become overencumbered
4.tilt left joystick in any direction and hold

I’ve had this issue as well but no momentum perk needed. Like you said, stairs and doorways are the worst. I would also add roll dodging. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve rubber banded into the middle of a large mob and gotten stuck in a beat down.
