More dynamic world would be nice

The world of Conan exiles is pretty static. The weather is changing but the NPC are acting like animals, that is not acting at all. Why not have settlements change to player interaction? I.e if raided often enough the settlement increases the defence. If not raided for a while the settlement lowers the defence.
T1 basic defence - as is
T2 defence - after being raided at least 20 (or x) times the last 7 days. The settlement increases their defence. Could be better equipment for the defenders or more defensive buildings. If being raided less than 10 (x) times the last 7 days the settlement decreases defence to T1.
T3 defence - after being raided at least 20 (or x) times the last 7 days after going up to T2. The settlement increases defensive buildnings and defenders but also trigger a local short range purge whereas the settlement tries to wipe out the nearby player base. If being raided less than 10 (x) times the last 7 days the settlement decreases defence to T2.

Or something similar to that.

define thrall settlement been raided… are we talking about complete massacre or like bonk a head and run… I just had this thought why not have it tied to a cheiftain of the thrall settlement like hes an extremely valued (thrall Class) T4 and each time this one get taken down… death or enslavement count as a raided camp. So that one does not cheese the system.

Good suggestion. I think perhaps that both would apply. Massacre more that 60-70% of the thralls in the settlement or kill/capure this high lvl thrall.
