how do work not spawned thralls that you have in follower list after a transfer ? @dana

do those not spawned thralls in follower list are subtimitted to a decay system ?
can we deploy them when we want without any time limit (i mean actually i have been transfered on a server where i already met a clan using golem immotal, and another one undermesh), so untill this server is not clean i would prefer to not deplay slaves i have, but i have no idea of how not spawned thrrall after transfer works ? especially knowing that i have to deal with several siptah characters that have been transfered on several conan server, and its not possible to deal with all of them at same time.
Can you please clariiy for us ? thank you in advance
