Fair enough if I misunderstood, my apologies… however I just don’t wanna discount or discourage an idea for more customization that can in fact be explained in a plausible way. It often feels like when an idea comes from people, it gets shot down as lore breaking. I prefer to try and figure how to make it work in such a way that it doesn’t, since I think we can all win if we get more options. Often times it can’t be done, but sometimes I think people are too quick to say something can’t or shouldn’t be done for X reasons, without considering the possibilities. I think we’re in agreement that a non-permanent solution using muted colors (as opposed to vibrant) are a good option to allow that customization without going overboard. I know it can be a slippery slope as we already have the sorcery argument available to us. With sorcery, anything is possible, but the question is, should it be? I agree, we need to draw the line somewhere, but for this, I think there’s room for a happy medium that allows both sides to be, if not “happy,” at least content.
