For functional vs decorative barrels, perhaps if the decorative ones cost unworked wood and maybe an iron bar or twine, while the functional required insulated wood, it may dissuade people from unnecessarily crafting such items en masse.

I would also LOVE a weapons rack like the one pictured in your post. It somehow conveys a greater sense of war readiness and being better equipped that the existing wall racks. In fact I could have that at one time there was a dark coloured one with a greatsword resting in it somewhere in the Mounds of the Dead, which I happened upon back when I did Thorgar’s mini quest for his recipes. Although I was unable to relocate it when I checked again the other night. Perhaps it was removed or new content put in its existing place…or poor Croms_Faithful is off his rocker. Either way, thankyou for your support.

Funcom please, PLEASE add some additional storage options to Conan Exiles!

And please do so in the base game, not just the Bazaar, so we can see some variation in storage sizes without people yelling about P2W.

To be frank, I thought that one went without saying. But for the sake of clarity, yes I was requesting additional storage options be added to the base game as part of a content update.

If they have capacity commensurate with size, I dont see an issue. Like a small sack with a couple slots, bigger gets more slots, so that to get X crap into the same square footage doesnt change. I think its entirely doable (and not out of the realm of possibility would happen in a 3.X).
