Multiple bugs with eldarium weapons

I did some research into the eldarium weapons:

• thrashing maul doesn’t apply sunder, applies cripple instead
• Thrashing maul’s animation is dumb. like, really dumb
• mace of the legion’s stats don’t vary on craft
• deceiver doesn’t apply cripple
• heritance does health damage of 1
• long shortsword doesn’t apply cripple

I’m not sure if these questions represent bugs, AFAIK they don’t do anything.
What does instigator do?
What does berserker do?
