A large number of official Asian PvE servers have been offline for several days now. 1340, 1339, and 1326 have been down for 4 days. All Siptah servers in the Asian region are completely offline, including 6207, 6208, 6449, and 6450.
At this point, only 7 the Exiled Lands servers are still online in Asia.
