I was at my base with my thrall following as usual. At some point i noticed that he had vanished. No notification, nothing in event log and also removed from the list of followers. Restarting the game didn’t help, so my suggestion to Funcom is that you could return my berserker with at least the redeemed legion helmet and pauldron he was wearing. Thank you.
I have the same 2 times, he is still there. You can rescue him, and loose armor, weapons. See followers tab.
I recommend and bug report and patience, especially with the weekend here.
