This has been on my mind for a long time and I’m finally going to do it.
Been playing the game since launch, met many people, good and bad. Made a “huge” base which I’m happy with (Will provide screenshots later on). From having all the religion altars to max tier with each having themed decorations, to having sections for each individual activities. I spent days to weeks farming named thralls just to have them all (Well still require cimmerian armourer and some that are STILL not available to us!), even bearers just for decorative purposes.
All of this and more, while still haven’t explored the northern part of the map. With the base being in a state I’m satisfied with, and also a bunch of small areas around my base to fulfil specific roles (Bridges and Fish Farm mainly), it’s time to go do the story for the game and end it all.
I still have goals to do before that;
1 - Kill all world bosses (So far I beat: Green Dragon, Demon Spider, Jungle Rhino, White Tiger, Giant Snake, Insect Queen and Giant Scorpion).
2 - Try to complete all the steam achievements.
3 - Summon an altar god.
4 - Do all dungeons.
And maybe some more that I can’t remember. To finally, the last goal in finishing the main storyline.
It’s been fun. Started playing with my friends, and most of them all rushed and stopped. Kept playing for months solo, and did whatever I wanted in my own time. Experienced my first purge last month. Got a couple more from that time onwards, but now it’s bugged again. Managed to get a purge alchemist but no purge blacksmith or armourer sadly. The recent addition of pets doesn’t interest me, and there isn’t much left to do, but logging in to replenish their food, and checking the game in case I get purged.
Can’t play anything else because of offline purges being a thing. I spent so much time on the official server PVE Conflict 1041 (Almost 1000 hours now!!) and helped a lot of people when they required guidance to the game (Since many don’t like to research as I do).
I’ll be taking screenshots of my final adventure, and of anything I find cool. This will be on my steam, but if people want it, I can also post them here.
Will still check the forum/game from time to time, but it’s been sucking all my free time and there’s many games I wish to play solo and with friends that have been waiting forever. Thank you funcom for releasing a survival game that has been melee focused (For once), having dungeons to explore, ton of weapons and armour, and actual pve content in a franchise plagued with bare emptiness and pvp focus only.
