Names won't show up?

I just joined Conan Dynasty pvp server on PS4 and I like the server been on it like 4 days and names don’t show up on server list. Not sure how to contact the admin if they’re never on or how to fix this. I can’t place signs by their base because I haven’t seen a single admin base. I love servers were the admin just leaves everyone be but I mean I want to know who’s raiding me lol. Any advise will help

Oh I’m not the admin . Ive sent a message to the server admin, but no response yet.
