Dude, the name “Conan” is not “a copyrighted intellectual property”.

Also, even though I’m not a lawyer, very much doubt that the copyright and intellectual property laws cover the naming of a player’s videogame character, per se. And even if they did, there’s always the fair use doctrine to account for.
But none of that really matters. What matters is this:
That’s because such a rule quite clearly doesn’t exist. There are rules about building abuse, there are rules about hacks and exploits, there are rules about harassment and inappropriate content, but there are no rules telling me that I can’t name my character “Luke Skywalker”.
