Near invincible buildings near terrain meshes

Placing building pieces that are mostly obscured by terrain renders them near indestructible to explosives.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place building piece mostly blocked by terrain.
  2. Use explosive.
  3. Take note of 5hp loss.
