Where am i suppose to go for customer service? Is this an appropriate place to request help for my single player game not loading in?
I have built a massive base over the sink hole with the “build anywhere“ setting. And i realize i have really pushed the limit on what an Xbox S can handle stability wise. I think its pushing 40k pieces and 8k placeables and im just about half way decorating the way i want so i know there are going to be issues. I crash all the time around my base and to be honest im not that upset about that. Usually if i just keep reseting my game eventually it drops me off in the desert. And im okay with that bc i realize how massive and intricate my base has gotten.
But most resently i was in the top floor of my base which has the bazaar item like the hot spring or “bath tub“ and my game crashed while i was in the tub, and since then i have not been able to get back in not even dropped off in the desert and its not even “dashboarding“ me anymore it just freezes at loading screen after loading fills up 99% and then nothing.
im hoping that that theres away u can just put my character in the desert i really dont want to loose my base i have been building and remodeling for a few months now. Again i know im pushing limits and taxing the system graphically but i dont want to loose this base at all.
also a side issue is random placeables with “no owner“ like candles outside my base next to a dafari camp close by that i never placed and the game wont let me move them or delete them because i dont own them. i have no idea what thats about.
But most importantly im just hopeing u can set my character in the desert. I know i have been a jerk to Funcom in the past and to the devs. Complaining and just being immature i appologize. You guys have made alot of good changes over the passed few years and i had silently been enjoying the game for awhile since sorcery updates and when u removed that siege castle out the plains.

Reading my previous posts from a few years ago makes me feel embarrassed for the way i was allowing life experiences to affect how i voiced my frustrations with Conan exile bugs. it wasnt your fault and since then i can see u guys and made some real good changes to the game. thanks.
