Need help finding link

Hi all. My Google Fu is failing me and I need help. I am trying to find a map with all the explore locations, but all I can find is either a map with npc locations or an explore location map that is a really small screen size.

Would anyone happen to know of a map with all the explore locations that can fill up a decent size computer monitor for my 1920 1080 17 inch laptop while I play on Xbox?

I really did try but I am coming up short. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
