So while discussing, I think you need to put out a new ToS rule before others start abusing.
If you have 39 friends, you can essentially cut off a server completely from other players and offline everyone’s bases .
I don’t even have 39 aquaintances
Realistically I’m pretty sure most TOS abusers don’t have many friends. That’s pretty self evident by their behaviour and regard for others

hmmm apparently I am a bit more unique in that I can call up my friends and say “I need minimum 40 people for about 5 hours to deal with a CE issue.” and so they and their friends and their friends friends outside of my circle tagging me going ‘what’s up’.
Of course I did a lot of that back in the day of VtM gaming where you set a game up and work it out with the club on the best night and you can easily get over 200 people showing up.
I dont know how much you think youve got but itll never happen!

It is an issue if it will be. So far I never read just one complain about it, especially when servers were 40/40 and you had to wait some time to log in, hoping that someone will log out soon so you’ll be able to log in. And trust me, I have seen these days. This was one of the greatest reasons me and my clan back then participated in more than one server and almost never in officials. We were always choosing no raid of and no spawn kill at least when we were to choose a private. Not that all the privates were full, but the good ones were at least over 30/40 almost the whole day. So in this period that this game had huge player base I never happen to read a single complain about it here. That however doesn’t mean that I am accurate and you are wrong, I just tell you what I read so far in this forum and we both know very well that the player base that visited this forum is too small. Or to be more accurate most of the player base that visits that forum does not stay long… Yes, this forums audience sometimes is very… Tough. Hopefully not always

Most of the times is helpful and friendly.
Every decision has pros and cons, there can’t be a perfect decision, because it is made by human for human and always someone will be not satisfied.
Especially the ones that don’t seem to be satisfied no matter what . Yes, some people carry their negativity even in their hobby time and nobody can do anything about it 
.
I personally have my own thoughts for “mistakes” on ToS, but I keep it for me mostly because I am not sure if I am able to see things correctly, I am not so sure that I play like devs wish me to. From times to times my ego wins and I apply this side of me here, which is wrong and I know it, but I am human m8, just human.
