Instead of nerfing stuff like the waterskin, make us own it, character bound and we can have only one in inventory. This will stop the pvp noobs running around with 30 of them.
But please stop killing items and making them useless for all.
ALSO move the drops to the bosses and not to the chests.
Another good thing ruined by PvP play balance.
They could of left it in for the PvEers, but noooooooo.
Seriously what is the point of making it a legendary item if it just gets nerfed. Make it drop once per character or make usable only once. then it can’t be filled again.
