So new system 20 points is full bar and you get 60 points.
Which means you get 3 full bars, which means for solo player u wouldn’t have go either pvp build or economy build you can go both.
Do u get 3 full bars at lvl 60 because old system it’s one and half with no armor 2 with decent armor 3 with legendary gear and food.
If you listen to this, it sounds like you can max 3 bars with 60 pts but then again, the builds can still be different depending on what perks you chose where choice is available.
More or less we ask all this time stronger character and weaker thralls, so… There you go

Yeah the perks are all different. You assume you will have both but not really. Unless there is a corrupted perk that allowed over encumbered movement, porters are coming back in fashion.
So they solve two biggest problems is getting gear and food takes couple days to farm.
You no longer need pick pvp build vs economy build in solo pvp.
