New character appears 100ft tall (not modded!)

Platypus (WoE/RoE) - Platypus#8595, CE:AU discord (earlier today):

A player on my server is creating a new character, however their character is roughly 100ft tall…

this server has no mods on it.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
