New server, before configuration need testing

Hello everyone,

Do we have nice people around here, who are willing to help me test the hosting which I am using for my servers.

Currently 20 people is possible to play on the server but once I finish all I will make it up too 70.
I need to test:

  1. Latency
  2. Overall lags coused by fights, amount of people on the server

Anyone willing to help? Also does anyone know what tickrate is best for the server?
