Are you sure siptah is installed? I had the same complaint but I forgot I deleted the whole shebang.
Oh yes, and has been reinstalled several times now.
Was kinda hoping I might finally be abl;e to join my friends on my Siptah server for my online birthday bash this week, alas, still cannot get in… sobbing into Croms wine now

Happy Birthday. Have you tried using a alternate account I have a Playstation Plus character and a second only takes a Email address . Dlcs will work. Not items from Bazaar and such. @MibsXX .

You can have a second character on your PLAYSTATION doesn’t cost anything you just need a EMAIL address

In any case , it got far worse, today just tried the usual Siptah attempt, failed, then went to log into Exiles… to find I can no longer access that either…
Am currently reinstalling the game… AGAIN… if this doesn’t work then I am done.
Lost Exiles when the machine update happened, took Funcom a whole year to sort that mess out, and now after spending more money and more importantly time, the Sorcery updates have broken everything.

Ok, reinstalled the whole shebang… again…
Siptah loading screen now goes right through to near the end and then just hangs there, much like the never ending exiles loading loop used to when that was broken… so yes a change but… still cannot access
And, guess what, Exiles is doing the exact same thing… I am so close to giving up now… any news please @Maya ?

Yep still not fixed for me too Mibs, I’m done supporting funcom not going to buy dune was looking forward to it too. If they had a working game then destroyed it no a good look.
@Caroll @Community @RitualGround Please could you freeze the server timers like you did when the original Exiles problem arose for a year, from what I am seeing a LOT of players, hundreds, are currently having issues and it seems grossly unfair for any of us to lose our work through no fault of our own

Wow, please add 1977 pve-c on PC to the investigation list too because we are with the same problem since chapter 2, and my bug reports was deliberatelly closed here and stated as spam, also zendesk closed the tickets with no solution.

Please add EU 3051 to investigation list also, like above my tickets are being auto solved and ignored, haven’t had an answer or reply from anyone and its coming up to the 6th day.
How hard would it be just to get a single response or acknowledgment ?
And the Gods of Siptah and The Exiled Lands were in agreement, after many eons of seperation it was time to rule and ravage in union, but they needed a champion, a being so cold and ruthless that heroes trembled !! And so it was created and cast upon the lands, many heroes fell, and the gods listened not to their prayers and entreaties, for they were gods, they need no reason or recall to do as they wish, and so the Age of “Neverending Loading Screen” was upon all heroes … AGAIN !!

Mayra @Community @RitualGround @Sarealac STILL cannot get into either Exiles or Siptah servers… which means Exiles now has only 2 days left before it vanishes…
I spent hours days and weeks ( I am old slow and bit arthritic unlike some of you youngsters) rebuilding our castle empire in the hopes of enticing our team members back into the game since the Never Ending Loading Screen Disaster…
If the access does not happen this weekend or the server decay timers aren’t frozen, then that is it for me. Games have issues, I get that, but when those issues are caused by the gamemaker and not resolved at least half as fast as our money is taken, then there seems little point in investing time into a game.
And yes we all invest a bit of money, and a LOT of our time, heart and soul into what we create within a game. Would any one of us continue with a date, or activity, that was constantly causing let-downs, disappointment and dors slammed in our faces?
No we would not, we would take our time and energy elsewhere, and so, this Saturday morning I am very sad to say if the situation remains the same by this time Monday morning, I will feel sure my world on Exiles will be shattered to the sandstorm in dust and Siptah won’t be far behind, the one remaining player on Siptah who does have access has already seen Croms light fading in his heart.
It is a beautiful, frustrating, enticing and addictive game but no game is worth the let-down of a hard days work looking forward to escaping in our world just to be met with the no entry sign AGAIN.
Thank you sestus2009 and your good lady for the invite to join your private server, brought a tear to my eye and much appreciated, but that won’t bring my castles back and part of the reason we loved our servers was a bit like the Three Bears Porridge pots…PVP = wayy too hot and toxic, PVE = a bit cold and boring, PVE-C = Just about the right mix!
We enjoy encountering others ingame, it’s a great way to meet new people and have a bit of fun.
Funcom, shame on your company for putting money over your player base, I have seen literally hundreds of reports across the internet, remember most of those won’t put a ticket in nor post here , they simply take their time and money to a new game but are quick and happy to ensure their friends know which games to avoid.
I hope it gets fixed in time, I hope others don’t lose their efforts, but sadly as of Monday, for me it’s been 3 years of owning the game and spending a little here and there on top, but less than one year of that has been playable…

I’ve been reading the history of this bug and you have so much more patience than I could have, its only been a week for me and I’m done haha, I cant imagine playin any other game where the servers go down for a week without any word from the devs or anyone on social media, its shocking. Its completely clear and proof that they just don’t care. Just out of curiosity, did you ever put a ticket in and get an answer?
