Check the new sorcery rituals, this is a component for one of them. I’d have to check the panel myself but I will update you on it. This screenshot was sent to me by a user in the community discord checking the update out, I believe he found a way to obtain it
The only new item used in the new sorcery rituals is the Tome of Nergal, everything else is already in the game. The new Lifeblood recipe in the sacrificial stone, and the changed Tome of Kurak recipes, all use pre-existing items. My only thought is that either it’s a modded item, or maybe in the devkit? I can’t see it anywhere in the live game
I finally got on to test for myself and I would like to apologize and admit to being wrong, I went off what another user posted before I had the chance to fact check it myself.
This is what was posted in the discord, and I did not have the time initially to verify it being the legitimate recipe or not, and through my own laziness at the time I went off half-cocked about something without checking first if it was legit or not.
As it turns out, the original poster was using a mod which added items that conflict with the new addition of the Tome of Nergal, causing this to show up instead of the correct in-game recipe. And so, I eat my words and this post was all a misunderstanding.

Yeah, had this also. It may be Improved Thralls and QoL that’s causing the conflict. I’ll test in single player if I get time and unlazy enough.
Trying to craft a tome of nergal would create that elixir instead in addition to the elixir showing where the tome of nergal should be as needed for the summoning recipe.
