[Someone built his base directly under the pagode of endless lust. On the beach beneath it. Now beside one NPC there is no more respawn. The religion trainer is away, too. I have checked directly after server restart and a few other times. You can check it at Official Server 3013 PvE-g-portal.com]
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Built a base under the Pagode
2.Kill all NPC´s
3.Wait for respawn
4.
