Newly placed Berserker thrall shows 2 knockouts

Bug Description:

Just placed new thrall shows 2 knockouts

Bug Reproduction:

I just placed a newly acquired Berserker thrall on the ground and it shows 2 knockouts (3rd and he is dead for good) and it’s not going away already 2 hours passed by I relogged as well still showing it.

I’ve never had that happen. The best I could suggest is to knock another one out at C-11 in the mounds. There’s always one there.
