No animals, ore, npc's, trees, rocks etc

Game mode: [Singleplayer]
Problem: [Crash | Bug | Performance | Misc]
Region: Australia
Everything was going good then all of a sudden i noticed that everything that can be interacted with has dissapeared i.e rocks, ore, npc’s, trees etc, it has done this in the past but only for a short period, its going on 8 hours with this problem now. Iv also noticed the crafting time on everything is superfast and the material cost is dropped as well, for example.
Black ice wall cost 1 black ice, 1 steel reinforcement and 1 insulated wood.
This is great but i wonder if this is affecting everything else??

sounds like settings issue to me. could you confirm that the settings parameters are the way you want them to be especially the ones related to the respawn times, crafting times, crafting costs.
