No button sound effects on menu

On main menu have no sounds when pressing buttons.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Press button
  2. Not sure if pressed button as no sound played and not really paying attention to the screen
  3. Press button again and find out it is already pressed but no sound played when it was
  4. Feel a little stupid for pressing the button twice

Replicated here, online private server, but no sounds are evident when entering the main menu or server select screen. The movies leading to the main menu are fine.
