No longer able to create legendary armor repair kits

If you put a T4 durability armorer in a tinkers bench, you cannot make the legendary armor repair kit, only the master armor repair kit. This is a bug. If you put a T4 durability smith in the tinkers bench you can make legendary weapon repair kits as expected.

The issue was reported during the testing phase and Funcom tried to fix it but added the wrong kit (master instead of legendary). They acknowledged it and replied that they will fix it soon.

Bug: After 3.0.1 Update T4 Temperwrights still do not have Legendary Armor Patch Kits Public Beta Client

Greetings everyone, Apologies for the confusion. This line has now been removed from the 3.0.1 patch notes as the fix will be coming out in a future patch.
