No "No Ping" server for The Isle of Siptah?

I’m about to try Isle of Siptah for the first time, but I’ve noticed there is no “No Ping” server.

I come from server # 1930, which is No Ping. I have to play there because where I live the internet is terrible, and it’s too hard to connect to a server with 140 ping or lower.

When I filtered the server’s by The Isle of Siptah, I see none that are No Ping.

Any idea what’s up with that? If this expansion is going to make me play “refresh the server list” for a half an hour every time I want to play then I’m going to have to ask for a refund through Steam.
