No one can log into 2510

Problem: no on can log in
Region: North America

The server shows up on the list of official servers but will not allow us to log in. Members of the clan from all over North America are reporting the same. we can log into other official servers, but not 2510

We get the message “Failed to join game”

I not only restarted the game, but have reinstalled the game and still cannot get into 2510
