non-Epic Flawless Poitain Footman Helm can't be crafted

The non-Epic Flawless Poitain Footman Helm can’t be crafted at the Armorer’s Bench with a T4 armorer thrall. It describes the Exceptional version as a prerequisite.

The other non-Epic armors for the new DLC can all be crafted in Flawless quality.
