Non-persistance of buffs

Bug Description:

Buffs disappear after any kind of loading screen.

Bug Reproduction:

Drink a potion, eat a fish, use a maproom.

Correction: Just tried this again and on the first attempt using an Elixir of Grace and a Cooked Anglerfish I didn’t even receive the buffs! So, I used an Elixir of Vigor and a Cooked Grouper (for the same buffs) and it worked fine… received the buffs and they persisted through the teleport.
It’s weird.
