Unlike other weapons, you can currently delve non-epic low-tier bows. Like, any of them. Starting with the lowly, 6-plant-fiber-to-fully-repair Hunting Bows. This is also true on the live servers. Given that you need at least Hardened Steel weapons to delve anything else, this is pretty clearly not intended.
