Not receiving Challenge XP multipliers - other players in same server are receiving them

Platform: PC
Storefront: Steam
Issue Type: Battle Pass Challenges
Game Mode: unofficial / private hosted server - many players from around the world.
Server Type: PvE

Friends on the server have purchased same type of battle pass as I have, they receive daily XP multipliers on their challenges, I do not receive the XP multiplier.
server is restarted 4 times a day.
challenges have reset over multiple days and still do not receive XP bonus even with new day challenges.

I got the initial 5 on day 1 but none since.

Same for me. Purchased battle pass. Got the original XP modifers the first day, then nothing since. PC also. STEAM. Private server. Other people on the server have gotten daily modifers.

Same problem in single player, only received the initial multipliers and none since. Which makes the whole challenge thing ridiculously tedious (34 basic challenges for 1 level, really?).

I have a question for you all, how many XP Multipliers you see here:

During the preliminary testing, when you used all of the XP Multipliers, you could not longer see x10 challenges which is to be expected but then once you gained some multipliers again, you had to complete a challenge on the low rates for it to be replaced again with a boosted one.

How do you get more multipliers? What I’ve heard is you get them at the start of a new day. But my challenges reset today with no multipliers.

I have the same issue, I play with my husband and he received everyday new xd multipliers, he finish them and on the next day or reset cycle he got them back, obviously with the multipliers it’s way more easy to level up without them it’s a grinding hell that never goes anywhere, please somebody fix this, there are other important bugs but this one it’s one of them!

Could you post a screenshot of your challenges?

There you go, one from my husband which he received everyday since update and me who stop after day 2 of the update.

Yeah I understand what are you saying that’s why I share my husband screenshot together with mine and you can see the difference and he keep receiving normally everyday but I don’t, even if you take a look at mine screenshot you can see that the part that you highlighted in your my husband account says 0 XP multipliers but he still got them because in the top of the challenge card says the X10 number.

Same problem here, no XP multipliers since the very first day. I always decide on purchasing a BP based on how much progress I can make on it, and this is impossible. Total pass for me if they don’t fix it.

I hope they can get this issue fixed soon. I’d really rather not try completing the remaining 50 levels without multipliers. And I really hate to miss out on the goodies from the rewards. I’m loving 3.0 aside from this issue.

I have the same problem. I stopped receiving the XP multiplier for challenges 2 days ago. I’m not sure it’s feasible to finish this deal without them, it would take an astronomical level of grinding.

I was able to get the multiplier to work today, by loading into an official server first, then launching the Private Server.

EDIT: Only trick there is to make sure you load into a server running the map you wanted to play on.

Having the exact same problem. Launching to an official server did not correct the problem.

I’m having the same issue. Even posted about it with no reply from Funcom. Hopping on this thread in hopes they actually respond. If this isn’t fixed I’m done with the Battlepass forever. Who actually has time to grind this out?

I received my initial multipliers in single player, then none for several days. I did manage to get multipliers for a couple of days by logging into an official server first (which is obnoxious with no way to refresh ping), but now even that has stopped working.

I had four 10x multipliers yesterday, and have four today. I seriously regret buying the battle pass at this point. It’s been a week with no fix or even acknowledgement that I’ve seen. Is there a way to request a refund? Because this isn’t working as advertised, and there is no way I am grinding 30 point challenges, even in admin mode, to get 60,000 points.
