In my case, everything was fine until today:
So my husband make it work “temporarily” by reinstalling the game and it works for 3 days, today I log in and have no 10x multipliers, we try to reinstall again to see if that solve the issue but now doesn’t fix the issue so no multiplier at all, and my husband account? He still received everyday which it’s ironic since we play the same server, clan, game and almost same PC, let me make this clear just in case, you can try but this IS NOT A SOLUTION, it’s temporary.
