NPC's onslaught in Connals Valley

I was wondering what causes FPS drops in connals and problems with latency, I think its caused by this bug.

Troubles a-brewing in old Conall’s valley!

Seriously, though we’ve seen this bug in both OT tradepost and Conarch village before. Npc guards do not reset/disapppear after walking their route, and start aggregating in places like Tradepost or close to gates. server reset usually fixes that.
