Nude DLC not working

Ok. so i have a friend who is game sharing but she cant install the free nude dlc/ her region is set to uk and language is set to uk english. but it keeos saying she has to purchase the game. Help please as she is really upset but dont really know how to use forums so im posting for her

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Download Game of store
    2.Not letting me download dlc

I’m having the same issue some assistance would be great purchased the game in preview everything ok but cant get dlc asking for a redeem code
