Observer Knowledge gone

Bug Description:

All my knowledge about the observer is gone. I can´t build anything which has to do with the observer. Also does the adminpanel say, that i don´t have the knowledge for the observer things. I had the knowledge before, i already build some of it and used them before.

Bug Reproduction:

Nothing, just played as usual and wanted to build the observer torch in creativ mode

Ok, i have solved the problem already. I don´t know why, but my twitch account wasn´t linked anymore.
