there is very old, outdated, obsolete information still available to misinform new players on the funcom website and in automated emails from funcom. for example, an email i just received touted the benefits of going premium, including offline levels… the site itself makes references to 3 month and 6 month membership packages, offline levels, and veteran reward tokens. maybe you should remove the obsolete info so new players dont get the wrong idea… thx.

When you unsubscribe and pick lack of content it still states that they are constantly adding content.
