Oceania servers are dead. My thralls need food.

Thralls do not need food to survive any longer.
Their survival is directly linked to your logging in within their specific decay period … which on official servers is set to 14 days with despawn on the 15th. It’s a seperate setting to building decay.
Funcom states that decay reset for thralls/pets is meant to be by proximity (like building decay reset) but I have my doubts and am still testing this.

The server issues should all be resolved by now and, as @Kwalya mentioned, Thralls no longer require food as sustenance.
