## Basic Info: Platform: Xbox One Issue Type: Gameplay Game Mode: Online Official Server Type: PvE Map: Exiled Lands Server Name: 2500 * * * ## Bug Description: Servers appear unavailable: After making the journey to the screen where I can pick the server to play on, all official servers have a player value of ?/40 and ping value of ???. * * * ## Bug Reproduction: Logging in through the console or via the Game Pass app on my phone to play in the cloud, the result is the same. This is happening for all servers on Xbox, and maybe other platforms, too. Consequences are you can’t rank order servers by Player number or ping any more. Also no way to tell how popped a server is without going into the server. This is a significant loss of function. ---

Agreed, all the players on my Xbox server report this same issue for all servers ---

Good evening . Even on the public and private servers of the Playstation platform we encounter problems . If you wait, you will notice that the age of the server is ??? and the ping is 999. You could connect but the rolback is severe for several minutes , plus this evening I had two crashes in the space of an hour. Playing on PS5, I haven’t encountered any crashes in a year, since the update the number of crashes increases and the interval between them decreases ---

Fix the server list! FFS… the list has always been unreliable and poorly designed, but now it’s useless… it’s a huge obstacle to new players and we need more players! ---

Any word on this? It makes the game unplayable because nobody knows where the full servers are. Already a dying game and this will kill it if not fixed ---

It’s the same for me, I don’t see the number of players, on any server, I wanted to resume the game but as soon as I join official servers, no one is connected, so I uninstalled the game, thanks funcom. ---
