Positioning structures at the C-9 location shown in the screenshot led to server crashes whenever a player approached the area. I resolved this problem on my server by dismantling the building. To confirm this solution, I conducted multiple tests in single-player mode. In addition, I observed a multiplayer role-playing server that had identified a fix, involving the deactivation of an NPC. However, the exact method remains unclear to me as they declined to divulge any details for selfish reasons. It’s likely controlled by a specific setting, though I have yet to determine which one. It’s unclear to me if there are other problem areas like this one yet, this was the solution for me.
