Official PVE 8068 Siptah stability issues

Type: PVE official

Server: 8069 Siptah

This server is having major issues. Multiple performance issues. Frequent server crashes and reboots. Rubberbanding, delayed item rendering. Can this get some maintenance, please? It’s struggling.

Chests won’t open.

Doors won’t open

Thralls won’t follow.

Benches won’t open.

You can’t harvest.

Items can’t be moved

I can’t fight.

I can’t use items

My food and water are being used. But I canr eat or drink to replenish.

This server is completely unplayable.

@delirium unfortunately your not likely to get any help here :confused: Forum is no longer monitored regularly you could send a in game ticket or report can’t help with you with that given up on official servers

They can certainly update the bazaar with new items though…

Yes they want our money 10CEnt is killing the game

I can’t even get the server to load now. It hangs for 10 minutes then loses connection.

Is this happening on other Siptah servers for you?

Try loading single-player Exiled Lands map first, then load Isle of Siptah.

Things I’ve tried.

The official Exiled Lands PVE server I’m on is fine.

Deleting the entire game and downloaded 116GB if new data. Same issues.

I tried a single player Exiled and Siptah map. Both fine. Loaded into Siptah PVE. Same issues.

Created a new character in a new Siptah server and no issues.

Not sure what else to try. Support isn’t responding to in game tickets.

But they did just send me a “how was your service?" email…

Did you reply to the automated email you recieved when you submitted the ticket?

I certainly did. Still radio silence. I’m at over three days now with unable to play and the daily rebooting isn’t fixing anything.

Damn, I’m sorry dude. Do you have contact with any other server players that could submit tickets as well?

It seems the fourth server reboot fixed it…. Huzaah

I lied. Worked for a day, then went down again.

It’s so comforting to see how efficient they were resolving my issue. Between the response here and answering my ingame ticket, they have renewed my faith in the game.*

Is this still occurring?

Sporadically. Nowhere near as bad as that weekend. It’s still having rubber banding and inventory issues. They closed my ticket without ever addressing it. They desperately need a new community manager who talks to the players. It doesn’t need to be a patch, just a “hey we’re still here".

And as I type this the server goes down lol

It’s been down an hour now….
