Official PvE-C Server #1940 - Unplayable Lag since Dec 19th Patch

After the December 19th patch, Official PVE-C Server #1940 has had unplayable lag. The more players that log on, the worse the lag is. At times it can take 3 full seconds to interact with something.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log on to PvE-C Server #1940 (Especially during Prime Time)
  2. Attempt to harvest, do combat, or access chests/inventories
