Official PVE server #1004 unlimited loading screen!

**Game mode: Online official
Type of issue: server seems to be hanged up, restart is needed.
noone online and problem is with my friend too.
Server type: PVE
Region: EU

cant enter the game

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. join game
  2. watching unlimited loading screen
  3. serverranks.com shows im in game
  4. closed game, coz i can die there.
  5. where is ticket system?
