[Hello, would you please reset server 2568. I can ping it and load in from my XBX but it crashes me just when I get in. This has been a known issue in the past and resetting the server helped, so would you please do so? I have a lot of goods on my body and am helpless to defend myself]

There are people who are still playing on this server, and this is happening to me on all official servers, even after creating a new character. Once I load in the client almost instantly crashes.
When this happened before I had changed our clan name. Once I had done so my entire clan [5 of us at that time] were disconnected by the host and we could not log back in until the following day, after reset. We could see other people playing but every time we loaded in we were disconnected by the host. After trying for hours we eventually died of thirst or hunger, which placed us in the desert, where we had a chance of remaining connected to the server. But if we went anywhere near the places where we DC’d we would get disconnected again, making the loot on our bodies unable to be retrieved.
Sad state of affairs, but it happened numerous times since launch and each time we have tried and tried to reconnect until we died, learning these lessons while we did so.
PLEASE reset the server for me?
Well now the server doesn’t register for anyone that I’ve asked…
