I am writing this on behalf of a large community of Conan Exiles players in South America to express our deep frustration. We are frequently being prevented from accessing official servers. The situation is critical; it feels as though the servers are being systematically attacked or “broken,” making it impossible for anyone to play.
For instance, from 6:00 PM yesterday until this morning, several official PvP servers were completely inaccessible. Server #1999 and many others in the region were offline or timed out for the entire duration.
As a dedicated community, we have two main questions for the Funcom team:

As consumers, how much longer will this persist? We need to know what measures are being taken to mitigate these outages.

Will the upcoming update include improvements to server stability and protection against these types of connection issues?
We have thousands of hours invested in this game and we expect a stable environment to play in. We look forward to an official statement or a position on this matter.
